ANDY repairs its jewelry when and if possible.

All the jewelry of andyshop.gr and the ANDY store are covered by a 2 months warranty.

The guarantee is considered the retail sale receipt or invoice as well as the change card that the customer receives when buying an ANDY jewelry from our store.

A prerequisite for the acceptance of a piece of jewelry for technical inspection, repair or replacement is the demonstration of one of the above purchase documents (warranty).

ANDY company has every legal right not to accept a product for examination, repair or replacement if all the above are not met.

 

Product repair

Providing the jewelry retail receipt or invoice or change card within 2 months may result in a chargeable or free repair depending on previous use, the subject of the jewelry and the type of repair required. .

 

   Problems that arise within the time period specified in the warranty, from normal wear and tear such as loosening of the clasp, are examined on a case-by-case basis if they can be repaired and always with the customer's consent.

 

   Problems that occur within the time period specified in the warranty, due to improper use of the product such as chain breakage, pattern breakage, button break, zircon loss, etc. are examined on a case-by-case basis if they can be repaired and always with the customer's consent.

 

All of the above applies in case the repair is possible, the existing problem is covered by the warranty and there are spare parts available from the manufacturing workshop

In cases of cutting of a part from a product or breakage, a necessary condition for any repair is that the customer has in his possession all the parts that constitute the jewelry.

 

For jewelry under warranty, the technical inspection procedure is as follows:
 

  Send to [email protected] the necessary photographic material as attached photos (photo from the product that bears the subject along with a photo of the guarantee), with the subject: "TECHNICAL INSPECTION".
  Following is the processing and evaluation of the data you have sent from the service department of the company.
  You will receive an e-mail * regarding the approval or not of the shipment of your product to be technically inspected.
  Upon approval, the jewelry should be returned for evaluation to the following address:

  Shipping costs to the company ANDY, are borne exclusively by the sender. If the products are sent by post, they must be insured by the sender and sent as registered to the above shipping address. ANDY is not responsible for any damage, loss or theft that may occur during the transport of the jewelry.

 

  With the shipment number you follow the progress of the parcel and the date of delivery to our company. There is no possibility of receipt notification from ANDY.

 

The repair period is 20 - 40 working days from the moment of receipt of the product by our company. In any other case there is a relevant information from the competent department.

 

 The cost of repair, if any, is paid in the form of cash on delivery to the transport company, upon return of the jewelry.

 

ANDY company does not undertake work that can affect and change the original shape of a piece of jewelry such as size fluctuations, etc.

 

Tanning, oxidation, discoloration or discoloration of a piece of jewelry is not covered by the warranty, as it concerns issues of use and care by the customer and not a manufacturing failure.

 

 

Product replacement

Product replacement takes place within 60 calendar days from the purchase of the product and if, after a technical inspection, a manufacturing defect is found that cannot be repaired.

A construction defect does not recognize the normal wear that a piece of jewelry may suffer due to its use such as loosening of the clasp, discoloration, etc. and is excluded from the coverage provided by the replacement warranty.

In the unfortunate case that the product of repair or replacement reaches you damaged, please inform within the next 8 hours: the courier company to take responsibility as well as our company, at the email: [email protected] in order to initiate the necessary procedures to solve the problem.

To avoid your own inconvenience, it is advisable to carefully check at the time of delivery of your package the condition of the products and their intact packaging, in order to identify any obvious defects.

 

All jewelry sent to the company ANDY. without the execution of the required procedure - approval or without the accompaniment of the necessary purchase documents (receipt of retail sale or invoice or change card) will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at his own expense.
